Default 928 coolant leak

I recently removed my intake manifold(928 s4) to repaint etc, but after reinstalling I have a coolant leak which is filling the valley, I dont remember removing any coolant hoses, so am unsure where the problem is, any suggestions would be appreciated as this is my first time on forum and am a "newbe"

Check the 4 bolts (2 per side) at the rear of each head.
One side is a block off plate, the other is the connection for the heater valve.
Just tighten the bolts and you'll likely be ok!

Check this thread https://rennlist.com/forums/928-foru...-opinions.html

I had mysterious accummulation of fluid in low nook in front of valley, not the valley, although, it could have been getting there and evaporating. But these seals are notorious; they are small and frequently give it up . . .. slowly. Not a hard fix.

Check the two bolts that hold down the air box supports. These also cover a couple of coolant related holes. They should be torqued to 15 foot pounds. I believe they have gaskets, too.

Thanks for your replies, after a quick check, one bolt had been left out but couldnt see it with the air filter box on, once removed I could spot it. After all that work I thought I was going to have to rip it all off again, what a relief, thanks for your help, regards Trevor
