No I have not. How much do you add? I'm assuming the pump is the original, as my history folder doesn't show a pump replacement. I may replace it anyway. Since I should probably change the filter. No need to go in there twice.

add about 6 oz to a full tank
if your going to replace the fuel pump,
then make sure you get
the 3 sealing washers, you may not need them but you will have them
the hard line from pump to filter, this line seems to be a one time use as it usually deformed when refitted and thus a leak happens,
and IIRC the pump should already have a new check valve .

Cold start issue solved. I sent the MAF off to Injection Labs For a rebuild. Pretty quick turnaround on it. Less than two weeks including shipping both ways. Price was pretty good too. Anyways, I installed it today and the car fired right up. No rough idle. One issue down. On to the next.

You need to follow the WSM routine for setting the MAF and idle speed..... when cold the LH runs open loop, so running is critically dependant on MAF setup and calbration.
You'll soon know if your MAF needs replacing if you can't setup the specified idle CO (i.e. idle pot goes to max)

Your car, if fitted with cats has no adjustment possible.
Non-cat S4/GT etc and non cat 84-86 Euro 16v all have idle CO adjustment pots.
