Funny. There was a group of us at our GTG breakfast talking about this. Any idea when the Texas Mile is? The group consensus seemed to be that they really enjoyed the Texas Mile the first time.

Problem is the Texas Mile is the same weekend as spring break and all the coastal hotels are booked solid and mucho $$$. I can get hotel deals both of the weekends listed on the poll and there's always fishing excursions, hitting the beach, just plain relaxing, etc, etc. T

I'm in, don't really care what weekend since we can't do the Texas Mile. I'm going off to Corpus on Saturday to see the U.S.S. Lexington. Looking forward to the event again.

Thanks for bringing that up Sean, that's one of the etc's. Note: If driving down from the north of Dallas, you might want to meet the Dallas crew here instead of trying to keep up with them, they do like attention. (Note:The speed limits here in these parts of TX is either 75 or 85mph) T

Laura and I really want to make it this time. I voted for the latter weekend, as I think the weather would be warmer, and it is also very close to our anniversary (April 22) and I can kill two birds with one stone!!
