Thanks Rob.
The 928 Rack is a 14m x 1.5 banjo bolt. I'm just going to plumb in -6an braided line. The factory return line can be re-used with hose clamps.
Didn't have an LS flywheel lock. The higher gear ratio of the 928 box allowed for dropping trans in 1st gear, setting hand-brake, and using an XS cheater bar to install the new F-body harmonic balancer.
I asked months ago if the 928 PS pump (one that looks like a 944 PS pump) is the same thing. I machined an adapter bracket and 6-rib pulley then plumbed in all the factory lines and didn't worry about pressure/flow issues. Eric at TPC says he's had ZERO issues with the GM PS pump on the 928 rack, it must flow more volume, it is a bigger rack no doubt.

I really hope you used an LS specific damper install tool here, and not just a bolt. There is a nice one for about $50 most LS guys use.
Just wrote a long post on GM pumps for the track. Hit the wrong button and it's gone. Here's the short version.
For TRACK USE-don't use GM style pumps-they won't hold up to sustained 6-7k rpm. Go with KRC aluminum 9,000 pumps, a properly placed unvented reservoir, GM fluid and bleed the **** out of the rack by putting a high speed drill on the pump arbor while racking the steering wheel. They're expensive, but almost anything that really works on the track is.
I thrice heat-tempered an M16 x 2.0 x 120mm bolt with anti-seize to start it half-way, then removed it and installed the rest of the way with a stronger ARP crank bolt with anti-seize.....no problem.
Thanks for the info ASP, the 948 hybriders/track ****** use the Turn-1 PS pump. I'll track mine to work daily. 120mph off-ramp exit with 7-11 coffe in hand lol....
$35 bolt is getting rediculous, I'll machine my own next time round and have it quench-hardened.... ARP234-2503_zpsa9b974f2.jpg
The 928 fuel line fittings are back-assward. As I don't have the fuel-line tool, I sent them off to Eric at TPC to have fuel lines press-fitted to mate these to the easy-connect fittings on the filter....
If you use the arp bolt, which is not torque to yield, it can be reused. You only need to use their lube and follow the tq specs for that bolt, as they are different then the stock bolt.
Did a lot of fuel line plumbing and new billet fuel rails with Russell fittings.
Fuel Filter fittings are done. Looks like a high-pressure hard line from the 928 feed is the way to go with O-ring snap fittings at the filter. The return line is simple fuel line with a hose clamp. The adapter from the filter to the rail is a -6an Russell fitting (640940).... WP_000326_zps66ba70d4.jpg
The original PS pump pulley bolt and washer was bothering me as it was fugly...
So I Lathed out a 0.375 x 1.125 x 0.20" thick billet washer for the PS pump pulley.... WP_000313_zpsc9a1cf67.jpg
