The 2 gauge hole knock-outs are 2.066" dia to fit standard 2 1/16" gauges - do you have gauges that need 2.125" holes?
I'll be trimming mine with 3M vinyl in brushed aluminum to match the Momo steering wheel center and other details inside.

Your gauges look just like the Red-Digital Glow-Shift Gauges I'll be using. Put me down for a unit.
What diameter is your shift lever? I'll be machining my own billet shift lever and I'm thinking only 1.50" diameter cylindrical shape.

Gauges pictured are Ducman's, and I will have a WBO2 gauge in my left position. My shift knob is a little under 2"dia.

For an Auto yes - for a manual probably not.

Even for an auto it does depend a lot on what you plug in - some of these things are shaped like mushrooms!

I have recently moved my power outlets (one 12v and a dual USB) to the passenger side of the console for this reason.

For us manual/vac operated head unit guys, I solved the hot/cold cable issue. Bicycle cable! You can bend that stuff and any angle and it slides perfect! I was so happy I forgot to take pictures....

Very interested in this now.

Will the dash panel support the new alpine 8" screen?

it is a standard DoubleDin chassis.
Chassis Size (W x H x D) mm: 178mm x 100mm x 165mm
Chassis Size (W x H x D) in: 7'' x 3-15/16'' x 6-1/2''

Im more curious about the screen area outside of the mounting hole itself.

Thats why Im wondering what the corner to corner area usable is with this kit. The length of the white line here, what's that length?

from that white line (outside of trim to outside of trim) is about 8.75inches. i am just wondering if the "unit" the part that fits in the cage is the same. i have the alpine INA-w900bt.

that bottom lip of the other alpine unit, if it is not over an inch, should fit just fine.

Here a picture of a rough install I made 2 months ago. With less than half a day's work I could get it to fit perfect.

Sorry I've been out of the loop for the last few months! Been renovating a house so my focus is elsewhere. Looks good Fred!
