Nah. Probably just came out loose it something. It's the new one that was put on before I got this 85. I can see the bolts so maybe a couple came loose? Or something happened at the flange.

Check your torque ratings! They are for a reason!

Make sure the little locking plates are installed under the bolts when you tighten them back down.
