All I need to know is if Greg B suggests this unit, I'll buy it.

Well there are entire threads on tools where he has been a great resource, so I am excited to find out. :)

LOL... I expect Gregs response to be something on the order of

"If you want to torque head bolts on a Devek Stroker or Carl F turbo motor..then it will be fine".....but nothing short of a snap-on will ever touch a GBB Stroker "

LOL:roflmao:

I have one and completed my MM job with it, worked very well...recommended!

Lizard928 10-17-2012 12:28 AM

Not for me.
The unit I have does angle (manditory for a 928), and has 2%+/- accuracy.

I doubt Greg Brown would support this unit either.

Speedtoys 10-17-2012 12:33 AM

It'll work better than my broken cheap one.

EspritS4s 10-17-2012 01:58 AM

How long is the warranty?

Bilal928S4 10-17-2012 08:02 AM

I thought Greg only used REAL tools from 'Harbor Freight'. :)

I think that you'll find Greg is a purposful tool buyer, and that there won't be H-F tools used for anything important. And for Greg, EVERYTHING is important.

Just ordered one. Price is good, will report on quality later.

As I recently had my Snap-on 1/2" and 3/4" torque wrenches stolen I need replacements. Snap-on is no longer in the near term budget.

Blmw, any other products on the horizon? It would be good to post a video comparing the accuracy of your torque wrench with other common brands.
