**** Disregard this post***** Found it after search. it was fuse #24 which threw me off since it was not the cluster fuse.

Well I'm in a bit of a bind. Went to check fluids and changed oil before the trip. Sprayed underside of car with brake cleaner as I always do to clean up the oil off the air tubes and underside to cut down on the smoking oil. I jump back in the car and, pod gauges no workee. Only gauges that are working is the volt gauge and the oil pressure which is only showing 3 bars when it always shows 5 bars. If I pull the emergency brake, you can see the oil pressure gauge drop as in with the drop in voltage.
None of the other gauges (speedo, tach, fuel, temp) are operable including the digital computer gauges.

Checked fuses (yes Sean, believe it or not) and gauge fuses were not blown. Car runs fine like it was before. Could I have popped a ground wire off?
I would appreciate any suggestions that you have. I'd hate to miss 3rd Coast with the shark.

With this car Rog wants to put in exactly what it came from the factory with so we are trying a few combinations, have 4 Blaupunkt Bambergs here and some components work, some don't. Thanks for the offer though.

I heard that an old Irish belief is that when you die, and are standing in front of St. Peter, he puts you head-first in a barrel of all the alcohol you ever spilled in your life. If you live, you go to heaven and have a blessed eternity. If you drown, well, you have an eternal stay with the fellow down below. I dunno, 20 seconds is a long time, but I know if I was in that barrel for 20 seconds, I'd be drinking like crazy.

I ain't gonna make it. I'm finally on my way back to Vegas from Odessa. I called Roger, got his answering machine, I still need to order the parts for a complete TB/WP job. My 89 ain't going anywhere till all this is done.

Ya all have fun! I cancelled our room this morning.

BTW, at over 4 bucks a gallon, the Pantera would break the bank. I'd need to own Exxon/Mobile to run it out and back.
