Where to find these jackpad adapters?
I have this picture of someone's 928 with what looks like rubber/plastic jack adapters. Does anyone know where I can find a set? Unfortunately I don't know who's car it is or when it was posted.
Cheers!

At certain angles, wouldn't those BMW jack adapters look like they were hanging off the bottom of the car breaking up the line? Our floor jacks and auto lift have rubber pads built in. If using jacks or an auto lift without the rubber pads, do as Cosmo said and keep a set of hockey pucks in the car. T

The lift bars are FANTASTIC! I can get my 928 off the ground and on jackstands safely in less than 5 mins. For garage servicing these are the way to go. For roadside though that is a different story.

I just ordered a set, so will report back on the fit and any issues removing them. My car is going to paint soon so I wanted some protection for the painted underside during transport. They "plug into" the hole on the jack points" with an expander piece, so should be no problem removing them for driving.

You might want 51717001650, instead. They are lower profile, from 5 and 7 series.
Either way, I'm not sure how securely they will fit, though. The BMW hole is smaller than the Porsche.
(I did a bunch of research for BMW Liftbars.)
