Anyone know whether/how well these wheels would fit a GTS (with rear spacers removed)?

I think they'd look really nice on my car.

If you look in the signature line of AO (Andrew Olson) you will find a Wheel Fitment Calculator. I plugged in your numbers and it says they will fit.
