was trying to get back on road this weekend
was hoping someone had one they did not put in yet, and wouldn't care if it took a few weeks to get another

Ummm, OK.
I have one SuperClamp, but two cars - I guess I am in the market for another as well.
At least the torque tube in the '89 is still silent, so I might not need another set of SuperBearings.

Yes they are on back order. Partly our fault for making another design tweak to them.
Apologies to you Patrick and others as the waiting list grows.
We do supply other vendors.

How does the Super Clamp compare to the PorKlamp?
I know it is more robust, but does it do a better job of preventing end tube creep?
Anyone ever do a comparison?
I have a PorKlamp installed, but do admire the Super Clamp.

Because of the "lack of testing", by Ken, I consider the PorKlamp to be a "stop gap" method, to help keep the flex plate from moving, until the car has either the engine or transmission out to install Constantine's clamp.
Worth mentioning is that I've not seen any "migration" with cars equipped with Ken's clamp, so it "might" be more permanent than I initially thought.

I personally use both.
