Just a quickie here (bringing up old post). This is exactly what I have at the moment and I'm running on Conti belt now. The sound is only when idling so immediatelly when I accelerate sound is gone. This happens only at 750 or so rpm and I managed to track it down - the culprit is "928 105 067 01" idler roller. With my conti belt the idler running all the time AND it's bearings are broken, the idler actually moves approx 0.5mm along it's axle so I guess it's bearings are done. Will consult this tomorrow with 'vilhuer' and see where we go from there.
