Have you tried connecting the AFM and using starting fluid yet? If it idles smoothly with starting fluid, you have a fuel delivery problem.

It sounds like water in your fuel. How much fuel is in tank?

Cleaned all the engine grounds today, except for the large one under the passenger side. I'll get to that one when I jack the car up.

I also opened up my AFM and looked inside. The track has some decent grooves and I've noticed the laser marks in the film resistors are very fuzzy. According to the pictures of a healthy AFM, those laser marks should be very defined. You can see what I'm talking about in the following picture:
