With Kiborts thread on posting your race 928's pics.....it got me wondering about how many race-track built-prepped 928's there are out there....

So here are my qualifications.....either a full race or street-track prepped 928 (meaning modified specifically for track duty, but still street legal and driven to-from the track) ORR cars qualify as either depending on their level of setup...

Here is a list that I know of and I will keep modifying the list as more come in....or just copy it and keep adding more

'79 Euro with '85 5-liter block and transaxle (with LSD), '83 Euro Cams/heads/intake, '87 4-piston brakes, MSDS headers into a 3 in single pipe, accusump system, original CIS injection.

Most younger folks at the track are amazed that a Porsche can have a Porsche V8!

In UK, Adrian Clark has 2 racers amd Mark Chilton has one 928 racer. Also Paul Anderson has 2 x race cars.

im out at silverstone in 2 weeks in the future classics, adrian should look at this series it has big grids cheap entries friendly atmosphere and we are at spa in 5 weeks!!
