WOW! You've had a good run...I'm amazed how many cars you were able to work on in 10 years...I'm still working on one!!!

All the best and stay in touch!

Never owned an S4...it was a GTS. You will miss your car when it is gone.

Dave..long time no see...yea, there were a lot of memories...miss the DEVEK Days events for sure too. Be well!

I also left 928 ownership behind for a while, but I still loiter around here, to see what people are doing. I also think it's good to have a variety of automotive experiences. Unless you have millions of dollars, and a huge garage, it's impossible to own and maintain all those different cars at the same time. So sometimes you have to let one go, to make room for something new. But the 928 is a very addictive car. It's very well-rounded. I still think about it.

Anyhow, I remember you being very friendly and very welcoming at those early SoCal928 gatherings and fun drives. Best of luck to you!

That's funny too...but if you only knew. I know you don't have much experience with women Randy, but they aren't always what they appear to be on the outside. Just kidding brotha

I hope you keep checking in; God knows we can use your help. Looking forward to a thread called: "Chapter VI, A New Beginning" someday. Hey, Marion Barry was re-elected--anything is possible!

Keith,

Sorry to see you getting out of 928's... at least for now, but I understand the feeling and direction you're going. Thought about it many times myself and you never know what the future holds. You've been a great 928 inspiration for me as well as countless others for all the tasteful and classy mods you've done to your cars. You SET the trend in many areas!

I still remember when you got your GTS and how proud you were of it, and rightfully so! Beautiful car and you kept right on improving it. Many great times at DEVEK Days, German Auto Fest in Ventura and Sharktoberfest (Thanks to you and Dan). Even got you out here to Barrett-Jackson and had a great time. Hope to see you again soon, Take care and don't be a stranger...

Hi Kieth,
You bet. If someone has a working plan and some time to transform the cab, let me know. It will be a few years before I get to it. It isn't that the list is very long, but things seem to get crossed off slowly.

Stop by anytime.
Hi to Natasha.

I guess it's like a breaking up with a woman and wanting to go out and find another one just like her....best thing to do is give it time. It's going to be difficult to top the GTS I had...you just don't know how nice and great performing it really was if you didn't see it or own it. I thought about building that cabrio before I gave it away...I'm sure he would let me have it back if I asked since it will be a very long time before he ever gets to doing something with it. I even made a render of what I was thinking of doing as a base line...

Really, I am in love with the Astin Martin DB9's at this point, but a Ferrari 360 or 430, or P-car 997 might be some good ones too. Gonna be a while before I do anything.

As I had said, I will pop in from time to time, so I won't be gone forever, nor will I lose my love for 928's.
