That's the SPIRIT Kurt!!!! I have faith you will be there :-)
Boy, that's tough...while I always want everyone to bring their 928's to SITM, it has been over 20 years since I got to drive/ride in a Pantera...way too long as it one of my all time favorite cars.
Hmmm, as long as I get a ride in it.. I vote to bring the Pantera...better yet find another driver and bring BOTH! :-)
Visit http://www.928gt.com/sitm.htm for Sharks in the Mountains dates. All the details there are not finalized yet as I am working on some new things for this SITM.
Cheers,
Dave

Well, I have never been to SITM, but have always wanted to go. Last year, I vowed I would do the 2012 event.
So, I just booked my room for the Best Western Mountain Lodge. Now, I am wound tighter than a drum! Hope it is as fun as it looks.

I think my little guy may need a double shot of Gravol for the fun run from Alcoa this year. He got tossed around pretty bad in the back seat while we struggled to keep up with the 3 Red Barons up front. You know who you are :-)

You didn't hear?
He went all Kerouac and hit the the road with his supercharged GT and a trailer with his favorite breeding Llama, Posie, in tow.
Last I heard before he blew off the reservation was he was heading for the northwest, where the best breeding llamas live (so he heard ).
Poor poor AO. Only if he knew the best llamas are in his own backyard....
Literally. He may have just forgotten.

Bring the Pantera...bring it...bring it!
I loved Panteras when I was younger. It was so cool that you could walk into a Ford dealership and order an italian exotic. My neighbour had one, but he let rust. What a shame.
Although I must admit I always preferred the stying of the Mangusta.

The dealer in Decatur (suburb of Atlanta) was trying to get rid of his last Pantera and offered it to me for $2800. It was a demo with about 3,000 miles if I remember correctly. Wonder if I could still get it for that...
