Jerry,
I would definately be in for your option #2 above.
Just a plug for the wiper indent on the spoiler, made to fit as tightly as possible, and hopefully textured to match the spoiler material as closely as possible.

Dr. Bob suggested I measure the holes in the other spoiler thread. I could not find my caliper, so here are my ruler measurements for the holes on my extra S spoiler. At least on this one, the shape is oval.
I like option two also. Until then, I am considering plugging the holes to get rid of that dead weight in the back of the car until I or somebody else comes up with a better option. It can't look worse than those hideous, useless wipers.

b) Redundantly move the moon roof
c) Toggle the Door Locks
d) Turn on some interior light(s)
e) Activate/De-activate all those darn center switches
(All being considered for my stock connected-to-nothing rear wiper switch).

It looks to me like it was filled with something, sanded smooth and then painted. If you look closely at the leading edge you can see that they sanded it a bit thinner there than the rest of the leading edge.

no, I think Jerry is right. You can just make it out where it might have been filled and sanded.
