Ready to close up the CE panel-dangling wires?
There's a total of four dangling wires on the right side of the CE panel, they seem to be covered in plastic sheathing, and are routed up over the ECU's and looks like back into a huge loom. They were just dangling there and they seem to be stock wiring as they use the conventional coloring schemes, but have aftermarket wiring soldered to the stock colors. To avoid confusion i will only refer to the stock wiring colors i see. There are 3 brown/white wires, and 1 red wire. Does anyone know what these were for?

A couple good pictures would help.
Brown/white is usually switched ground. Door & hatch switch pins, glove box light pin, maybe hood lamp pins are examples. Could be used as alarm triggers perhaps.
Red is often hot. You will need to confirm path of each of course.
