WOW how long did it take to get it where it is today? Looks great! Nope the test conector is there just hidden under all the dirt.

About a month of effort over about 3 months - cleaning up body was easiest, but also timing belt, CPS connector bad, some minor issues, transmission problems ( vacuum leak) , top end refresh, etc.
That test connector is great, and i used one of Porken's Blink'rs - makes adjustment very easy.

Wow, another disco blue '85 with a blue interior. Just like mine when I got it. The disco blue had to go, or else I was going to send it to the crusher (which I probably should have done anyway.)
Are those the rare disco blue bumperettes? If you check the build sticker under the carpet in the hatch you should see the option code for them. The option code for body colored bumperettes is MAACO.
Change all of the fuses and replace at least three of the relays with the 53 marked on them. It's a commonly available 4 post automotive relay that's available just about anywhere. The 3 you want to replace are the LH, EZF, and fuel pump.
Does the tach needle move at all when you crank the engine? If it doesn't move, coupled with the one spark and dead oddity, I'd look at the Crank/reference mark sensor. The only way to test this sensor is with an oscilloscope. Since an oscilloscope costs more then a new sensor, you just buy the sensor and replace it.

Clean the fuse box, replace the fuses, clean the grounds. Or you will be right back in.
Change the fuel lines.

RE. MAACO code. If the transmission has been rebuilt, you may also have a AAMCO code...

Where are you located?
Take your time disconnecting those bosch connectors. I was able to replace my CPS a few weeks ago and did it without breaking the connector.
