Those HGTE's are awesome, you can add a set of headers and get 660 hp to keep up with the GTO for 1/3rd the price
Come to the dark side

Vintage motoring continues
My choices were buy a 2015 Porsche Cayman S at a cray good price (and sell the 928) or buy this RV and keep the 928.
My wife assures me this was the correct decision...
Headed to Texas on Wed to pick it up.

besides some "fast" oldtimers i don't need a "fast" daily .... that would give me to much speeding tickets and danger for my driving license..... so i drive a VW Amarok pickup.
And i must admit , it's also pleasant to drive a "jeep" that doesn't scream always to go fast ! Just relax cruising with a lot of trunk space.
And it isn't slow , 260 HP/580NM ( the 3L V6 , same diesel engine as the Porsche Cayenne ) and manual !!

I was just invited to drive this F8 Tribute by Cawley Ferrari and compare it to my neighbors new 488 Pista... Favorably impressed...
I am absolutely going to come to the dark side, it is soooo much fun learning these things and finding a sweet spot for my taste...
Drove another 599 as well, but it was not the right one (slightly curling leather and sticky buttons).

The 360 manual is an unknown to non F car folks. It is extremely reliable if proper maintenance is done.
I don't want to jinx myself but 7 years of ownership and I've had to change one rad fan as the only failed component.

Bought it at 23K, now 48K so 25K miles
The Porsche is a daily driver to go to work (incl rainy days) except in Winter.
360 driven every weekend (except if rain is expected cause it melts in the rain) from Spring (April/May to late Fall or just before the first snow is expected).
If I'm not flying to my vacay I drive the 360 to my destination.
Very comfortable and reliable.
Remember, when the 360 was being conceived the F-Board told Management to build a Ferrari that Porsche would build.
The 360 was born.
