Blue/Grey smoke from exhaust from startup
#1

This morning I started the car up and noticed a cloud of blue/grey smoke and strong fumes coming from exhaust. Just before that I had went on a spirited drive and all was well.
Previous diagnosis showed low compression from a couple of cylinders (about half). Does this mean it is due for a major piston job?
Thanks,
Ather

check the cam timing first
then inspect the fuel dampers and the FPR for fuel smell in the vacuum lines.
If you smell gas then the respective part is prolly leaking.
And the leak could damage the engine as the fuel can wash the cylinder of oil
