I figure I will just kind of head northwest via the dragon and some other really nice roads on Thrusday, then go east on Friday, that sound good?

So many questions, we'll be there Thursday eve looking for answers. And if we get there early we'll do the Dragon, it looks like a nice road. It was closed last year.

The dragon was not actually closed last year, it just was not a through road.
I ran the first 11 miles of it, but man was that one hell of a detour to get to Alcoa.

My little four hour cruise turned into a very long day.

Well, I will be driving down to Alcoa Thursday night with a crew from Canada. Whether I am actually in Alcoa Thursday night will be up to the gods of German engineering (and my GPS).

Hey Murray: Last years drive took 12.5 hrs. What time are you planning to leave? Brondon and I are leaving about 3am Thursday.

Leaving Grimsby at 3am, crossing at Fort Erie. heading to Erie,PA, then south to Cincinati to catch the I-75(maybe we'll see the Michigan guys on the way down). Got to make a stop in Cincinati for a minute to pick up somethig but it will only take a few minutes. Then straight to Alcoa, probably get there about 4ish. one thing I want to do this year is the dragon on Thursday evening.
