Jeff:

I'm back from ORR (George drove, I had to leave beforehand - 60 MPH wind gusts prevented George from attempting a 200 MPH run, topping out at 185). Let me know when you are going to be free, and we can pursue this further.

Hi all,
I bought the same set from a friend inToronto-Canada who never used it. I had exactly the same issues. It is a design flaw IMHO. The nut starts to turn loose and the suspension starts making cracking sounds. Tighten it again, next day same issue. It is because the spindle that holds the shock turns a little when the shock is pressed and raised again. This makes it turn loose. You can see it on the movie on the first post. I do not think the design is completely thought thru and tested for a while. Also the bolt that links the upper droplink to the sway bar is too big. I did not want to drill in the sway bar (as per instructions) making it hard to revert to standard. So I made an insert to make it fit properly. Next step is making a bracket to move the mounting point on the sway bar further to the rear to change the effect. I did not fit the lower bracket again, which solved the mystery cracking and nut unscrewing.
regards

nope, I realise that you arent right now. But just stating that.

I had these on my track car, and after a short time my back end started walking on accel/decel. These backed off the nuts.

Why?
From the last issue it was pretty clear about his "Policies".

I am 100% confident that I torqued mine to 103 ft lbs during the install but am getting creaking when turning into the driveway. Will check the torque on the nuts this weekend as I remove them to see whether that makes a difference.

Well, the nuts are described as "replace", indicating "single use", in the WSM. I've never changed mine despite multiple shock changes, and they have never lost torque (103 ft lbs). I don't have this plate installed. It seems the action of the plate may be working them loose.
