Yes you need to use a Porken cam setting tool to set the new cam sprockets from the pictures a new set of gears is in order make sure you also get the oil pump gear,
and if you didnt do this get the new Oil pump O ring and 3 screw O rings to reseal the pump use STP in the pump gears prior to installing the pump,
make sure the dots on the gears point to the block or the pump will seize
Thankyou for the response! i havent been on here in awhile. I have been battling some Driveability issues so i havent driven it that much. yea i have to purchase all of that stuff(gears and Porken tool). I like the 30 page direction sheet for that tool, sounds like fun. All I was trying to accoplish in this post is I had a problem and I figured it out. I like constructive criticizm but do not need ridiculed. On the other hand another special thanks to MrMerlin!

I would not run the engine till the belt drive has been refurbished.
you risk belt failure thus taking out the valves.
It will be a big parts bill,
BUT you will know that you have fixed things properly,
and should have a trouble free ride for many years
