Licence plate light harness??? HELP!
Trying to mount Garrett's rear bumper and it looks like I may be missing a section of harness that goes from plate lights to the source cable. I can't find this in the PET. Does anyone know what it looks like? Info so I can MAKE one from stock wire. This is holding me up on the rear bumper.

Here is the drawing..the TS2 on both sides is the male/female plugs hanging in the first pic. This is the patch harness between the lights but its not wired in a loop.
Correct me if I am wrong but the patch wire shown in pic should have a splice at all tabs not just one? Does it mater which plug in main harness is hot as long as I am consistent in wiring?

There is no circuit to complete with a loop, I would only use the one that is powered when the lights are on, IIRC the other one connects to the rear red fog light on a euro.

I didn't think about that...Thanks Neil
I wish I understood the wiring drawings better...Which plug, male or female is the tag lights? How can I tell? Or does it matter? Not sure if the euro fog light stays on or not. I am a little leery of connecting the battery until I have more of the wiring done. ( ALL the dash is out)

Dean,
UPDATED - If you have the console out and no battery, check from the grey wires back to fuse 3, which ever one is continuous is the license plates feed.

Dean, in your picture, I think the browns should be attached to the other connectors ( speaking strictly about the light fixture attachment points here).
Even though the browns are routed to central ground points in the car, when there is a choice of attaching a brown to the body of a fixture, versus an insulated tab on a fixture, I choose the former.
In your first picture, it kind of looks like the brown is attached to the tabs on the fixtures that are isolated from the fixture itself.

Didn't read this the first time. I was able to reconnect the harness with the bumper in place, without a bridge. I'm thinking you want to extend the cut wires, install the lights, tuck the wires out of the way and reconnect later when you have power on the plugs.
