Broken Bolt at MM Connection to Motor
So, in the process of removing the old motor mounts I broke off one of the 13mm bolts that connects the upper MM bracket to the motor. This is the bracket that has four bolts - two 17mm and two 13mm (happens to be the driver's side).
Question -- do I need to extract the broken threaded part of the bolt or can I get by with '3 out of 4 aint bad?'
Thanks!

the broken bolt is screwed into the girdle,
it may be very difficult to remove it
you could try though after you remove the crossmember
Warning make absolutely sure the engine is safely supported.
Use a torch on the area around the bolt and lots of PB blaster ) heat then quench a few times) then a reverse cutting drill bit

Three Wheelin'
+1 on safety first and reverse drilling. I seem to recall that the 13mm bolt is the longer and might be tapped all the way through the girdle mount so you can spray in some PB Blaster from the top too.

No driving events.
Just wondering if anyone else on here is from the Mankato area.
