went by Sean's yesterday to get AC charged (not even going to go there on how it was released into the atmosphere.. I swear, it had nothing to do with me!) and figure out why compressor wasnt engaging..

Sean removes cowl cover, wipes off sensors and such and -V I O L A - ! I have AC again! He's magic I tell you, MAGIC!

Local trim shop called and wanted me to remove the pod off of a customer real nice 86. They were going to install a dash & pod cover. Tried to talk them out of it, thats what the customer wanted.
came home & started putting rear suspension back on 81. Damn its hot out.

Got the oil pan off and drilled out a seized broken off motor mount bolt. That was a bear. Now I have to put a Time-Sert in there.

Can finally get to the cleaning though.

What 'sensors and such' did he wipe off that caused the AC to begin operating?

That makes no sense.

It was the freeze sensor . Compressor stopped engaging the next day, wiggled freeze switch and compressor engaged again

Out of town, Bahamas; good news is won around $350 at black jack, bad news is have to make up to wife as tomorrow is our anniversary.. What did I do to my 928 today? Ordered new freeze and lo level switch and sensor from Rog!
