Thanks to all those who reponded to my wanted add,but I appear to have found what I was looking for.Its beautful example that was well maintained by an honest genteman.He is kind enough to trailer it to my house this upcoming friday,is there anything I should inspect or look for this is a major purchase for me and a childhood dreamcar so I'am very excited.

Being a low miles 91GT you have relatively fewer Major League gotchas to worry about, but all due diligence still applies, and it being a 928 there are still plenty of gotchas....

The best preparation for a 928 PPI is to find a local shop that knows 928's and then splurge for at least 4 hours' labor to get a proper PPI. Cheapest $4-500 you'll ever spend on the car. Earl Gillstrom might be close enough to you for this to work. Failing that, get a local knowledgeable owner to look it over with you.

Where are you located? The 928 community is filled with folks that are perfectly willing to help do a pre-purchase inspection [PPI]. Most of glad to help and grow the group!
