Yea... but my car is the EuroS LH, I'll have to re-wire my car again

As a "collective" it would be a good idea to somehow agree on a MAF. Preferably one that is not in a housing, and from a domestic car so it's available at every auto parts store.

This way if anyone has an issue, we will have similar setups. Just a passing thought.......

Sorry for my slow response on this, the proverbial **** hit the fan with my studies, so i am insanely busy now.

@Cheburator: Yes, I havnt touched the EZK....yet. That is on my to do list, but after im completely happy with the LH

@Hacker-Pschorr: Yes, the MAF you use doesnt matter, as long at it sends a voltage signal to the ECU then you can use any MAF you like, can even use a MAP with it. If the one you want to use has different voltage levels, let me know, modding a board for a different range is very easy, hardware wise it would be swapping out one resistor, software wise it would make no difference at all.

I designed this unit with modding in mind, so adding turbos, different MAF/MAP and other sensors (eng temp) would require swopping out one or two resistors on the PCB.

A little update: Thanks for all the good responses, I am at the moment swamped with my studies, but I got enough orders to push to finalise the revised ECU. The plan is to take payment and build the boards in two months (university summer holiday).

Sometime before then i shall PM all the people who contacted me saying they want boards with more information. The building will definitely happen, and I shall make some more boards in case other people also want, and I can always make another batch in the future after this one.

I am really happy to see so much interest!

Hi, I have a 88 S4 with the same problems... I've checked everything and am looking at a new ecu (or rebuilt or mine tested) Did you finish the first batch? How did it go? and sorry if you already posted, what was the final cost to the user?

Thanks,
(928ssss)

Hi Francois,

Sorry if missed it in the post, but what is your ETA on doing something with the EZK unit?

I think this would be a great option for those who want to S/C there engines which is what my plan is. Currently as it stands, I am not sure if it will help me without the EZK being able to be programmed for S/C ing the engine.

Is this the holy grail for the 928 ? Would love to have one of these for my 86 Super Charged 5-speed. If you need a test site for a boosted car please let me know?

Just wondering if this is dead or still a possibility. Seems like there was good progress, then the devil in the details hit

I would love a more modern LH. I know the megasquirt can work for fuel, but I have not found a good rev counter set up yet.

Hi, this thread is not new, but I wonder if anyone has this system installed in his car?
Any working installations?
Does anyone still has contact to Francois?

Best regards

Daniel
