Something about Pelosi and my favorite pork being combined kinda does not sound right.......
Almost as bad as looking in Rogers warehouse and seeing 100 of the short shifters in stock (having pressed the bearings in 50 of them personally) and wondering why some think they are not in stock. I know some want them with different coupler bushings...........Rog would like to sell new bushings, but if you order a NEW bushing/coupler assembly, the stuff is fantastic. It will just be that much tighter with either brass or derlin ones pressed in.

Uber,
The ones I've seen:
Herman has them installed and so does Chris on the 89S4.
I don't have the Lizard shifter but I did have the brass bushings. They were very tight, shifted great, but buzzed at higher RPM.
Went with Roger's old short shifter kit w a NEW stock rear coupler. I like it, no buzz, but not near as short throw as the lizard shifter.
Roger Now has Delrin bushings that just came in (pretty sure) which should completely eliminated the egg shapped slop in stock rear bushings (coupler). They should also eliminate the "buzz" associated w the brass bushings.
So.
I'm guessing (at a high probability) that all the products you are mentioning have been in stock (other than the brand new delrin bushings) for a very Loooong time now.

The SSK has always been in stock and if you are happy to go with the stock bushes then no problem.
IIRC you wanted to wait for the new delrin bushes.
I have the new delrin bushes but I am not happy with the way they are held in place and I am concerned about them coming out in time along with the pin.
We looked at a way of wire locking them in place but not happy with that either.
It will be more expensive but the original design with the flange in the center and the round pin hole may be best.
Product development can be slow progress.
