Things repaired tonight..
Both window motors are running ludicrous speed now...used to be drivers only, and only on warm days.
Applied a few panels of Second Skin Damplifier Pro to the metal door panel..covered up the window motor accesses, and the hole that exposes the window motor geared arm...and a small piece on the metal that is behind the speakers. That doesnt ring as much at all anymore.
Radio antennae booster now has power again..had lost power after PO hacked harness for the stereo...head unit is JVC KD-LX1..not too ghetto..but wont be there in 6mo either.
Small ****..but..its what I had space & time to do tonight. These fixes were on the "im just sick of it list" from the shop that sold it.
So..value added!

did you add a water /vapor barrier to the doors?
if not your work may cause the door panel to warp when the water runs down the door.
First install the drip panels they hang down about 1 1/2 in below the lower edges of the openings then cover the whole door , you can use a shower curtain in clear from the dollar store and use the Weldwood brush on cement, The doors when fitted make the car vault like when the doors are closed

It was all removed and bare when I opened it.

The plastic vapor barriers are one of the first things to get left off when the doors are being worked on....since it does not show ! Good job fixing things rather than simply replacing.....

once the door panels get wet along the lower edge they also will swell and possibly cause the door to become hard to open and it may start smelling moldy
