Talking 928OC's NEW New Mexico REP

I am the new head cheese of the NM chapter of 928OC. SO, if you know of anyone who is in the area, let me know so i can see if i can get a list going and start some dives, BBQ's and Tech Parties.

I know i was talking to some one who just moved here, but for the life of me cant remember his name... UGH!

Thanks in advance for any info and leads!

Duc

Jake,

Thanks for stepping up for this! Now lets see if we can get some 928 fans out there to jump up and raise their hands... I think Erik is closer to you so he might want to bring his green S up or meet you half way so the two of you can at least meet and say "hi".

Be cool!

Default Passing through NM early next week

I'll be passing through Albequque early next week. Any NW 928 owners who would like to meet my new shark in or around Albequrque should drop me a PM.

Thanks

Hey Duc-
Just quickly stopping by R.list-
Makes me glad there is another aficionado here in the desert wasteland. Are you headed East this November? If so, probably that's where we would meet. I don't see myself headed up to Albuquerque anytime soon.

A couple of local 928 rumors: there is a heavily modded one somewhere around Las Cruces, legend has it (from PCA members, no less... will try to find out more) that it houses a supercharged, aftermarket V8, I remember the story saying it is color yellow.
Also saw another 928 here in beautiful heEl Paso. Was driven by a Mexican-looking fellow who was oblivious to my attempted attention-grabbing antics, even while facing him stopped at a signal with my full frontal lighting display flashing. Go figure!

I have a line on a winch bumper for an old Suburban up in Albi. The guy wants way too much $$ for it, but if he comes down in price and I head up your way, I'll stop by. Your car looks fantastic back from the paint, BTW
