I hear a lot of complaints from guys at Sharktoberfest, who are over 6', with a sunroof in the car. If the guy's 6'6" and there's a sunroof it's not going to be comfortable.

I guess I am just a sick 928 guy, because he does not seem all that high to me IF, and this is a HUGE IF, the paint is excellent, the interior is excellent, the luggage is excellent and the mechanicals are at least all there and functioning... $9500 would be fair money for the car as I described it I think, but we won't know if any of that is the case unless someone checks it out.
We have a Weissach sitting in a fenced in area at a Machine shop on I-35 in Round Rock that has been baking in the sun for AT LEAST the 15 years I have been in to 928's! VERY SAD! I know the owners son (really nice guy and knows a TON about 928's and likes to put big US V8's in them...also put an Explorer V6 in one...it didn't work out) and it is sad to see the car in such derelict condition. I have not even bothered to look at it close up, but it would need a complete repaint, and probably a complete new interior and who KNOWS about mechanicals (like I said it has been sitting for 15 year or more)...that car would probably cost you $20k to get running again and looking like it should... If this CL one is nice why not $10k (I know he is asking $11k, but I bet he would take $9k or maybe even less)???

Outside of a handful of fans, who already have plenty of them, the Weissach Special is not a very desirable car, or functionally any different from any other 1982 928, with a "fair" price much closer to $3k than $10k.
