Cleaned Evaporator, Changed Resistor Pack, Now Blower not working--PROBLEM SOLVED

Looks like someone repaired your head unit internal relay by replacing it with a heavy duty external one. There is a relay inside the head unit that is closed by the A/C switch and sends power to the A/C compressor clutch and to the temp control unit to tell it that the A/C is on. The stock relay is soldered inside the head unit and is at best very marginal in terms of capacity and durability for the current it carries. When it burns out one of the fixes is to install a heavier relay. Looks like you already have that fix.
Sounds like maybe a full R&R of the CE panel may be in order since the problem and the actual fix are still unknown, but a lot of move of relays and cleaning-by-insertion has caused the problem to disappear. Do a search as there are good instructions here abouts on cleaning all the fuse holders and relay contacts.
Glad you have your blower back.

Thanks for your help Mike. Yes, a full cleaning of my CE panel is in order at some point. Since by-in-large I've been devoid of electrical gremlins, I haven't touched it out of fear of causing new problems...

We had one in the shop that failed on the other side of that relay, the low amp side, it made the recuric door work backwards.
