Year? Transmission type? Mileage? Age/condition of:

brake rotors?
brake pads?
front and rear wheel bearings?
torque tube bearings?
tire wear (even or uneven)?
Torque converter bearings?
Is there no whine above 10 mph because it's not there, or 'cause you can't hear it?
Better or worse when turning vs. going straight?
Power steering fluid level?
Accessory belts new/tight/not slipping?

Doctors make better diagnoses if they get a better history from the patient

Everything in that list is fine and normal. Same when turning or straight. Not there over 10MPH.

The car is:

1991 Porsche 928 5.0 V8 4 Speed Automatic. Millage - 131,193 Miles. Great condition. Just had the ATF changed 200 miles ago.
