Default Best way to mount this Vent?

So i dont like rivets, to....Off roadish. i was thinking Sikaflex or some other kind of bonding agent..... thoughts fellas? and yes its off center. i just set it in the hole for now.

radius the corners of the hood cutout this will prevent cracks from forming, Structural adhesive ought to work.
do your homework on bonding to bare aluminum, you may have to paint the hood first then apply the outlet

You could also bond some type of attachment to the underside of the outlet and use DBT to fasten the outlet and also attach with a mechanical fastener

i was thinking about some kind of bolt "bar" that i could attach to it, then screw it down. the corners were drilled holes that i connected, so it should not crack. i think what i might end up doing is paint, then add the scoop (might paint it as well). im not sure how the paint would turn out if i had it painted on the hood, with that edge and all.
