Ken, the OP's photo is of the mythical GTE from South Africa (red one) that is supposedly a one-off, customer ordered, blah, blah, blah.
The mirrors are without a doubt made by Kremer -as they are identical to those used on 911s back in the day... aftermarket kit to say the least.
Do a search on both Kremer and the 928 GTE -you will be as skeptical about it's "factory" claims as the rest of us...
