The wiper arm bushing were the metal arm joins to the motor is shot and need to replace on my car. Have looked in PET and also on 928int site to no avail. Will the ones availible at most parts stores fit, or are they a special size? and if so who has them? Thanks in advance to all.

Are you talking about the front or rear wiper? The motor does not connect to the arm directly, there is linkage between them.

The PET for your 82' clearly lists all component parts for both the front and rear wiper assemblies. You need to look in the electrical section, illustrations 904-00 and 904-05.

front- and I will look again at Pet thanks- and yes it is were the motor connects to the linkage rather than arm- my bad.

Borland, just looked at PET again ills 904-00 and still do not see the part that I am looking for listed. Probably just blind.

Apparently Porsche only sells the linkage assembly (nomenclature "Crank Drive"), item 2 in the pictorial.

Best to call 928 Intl about purchasing a used one.
