Default 89-95 Antenna mast replacement

Has anyone sourced an inexpensive non spiral replacement antenna mast. I know our suppliers have them, however I was looking for a lower price. The one I have sags like a killer whale in captivity.......

Thanks,
Charles

By the way, on my '89, the coax antenna wire had a threaded, female, screw-in connector on it at the head-liner end. Aftermarket antenna use the standard Motorola slide-in connectors. I found a source for adapter/converter cables (~ 12" long with with a male screw-in connector on one end and a slide-in connector on other... man that sounded dirty!). I bought a couple of extras hoping to corner the market on these, but it turns out that the market is non-existent.

Anyway, if you need one for your antenna conversion, PM me... I give you very good price!! Very good!!! Better than I give my cousin!

I appreciate everyone's input Mike, Andrew, StratfordShark. I will likely try the VW mast as it's probably easy for me to get based on my location. Otherwise I'll followup on the other info. Gaz - I'll keep that in mind should I need that, and Randy thanks for the heads up very much appreciated
