A/C Drain Line

My 1981 A/C is dripping a little water on my foot on occasion. I figure the drain line is clogged . . .but I can't find it! Can someone tell me where the drain line for the A/C exits?

Thanks!

Do a search, there is a lot of info and pictures. The drain is above the torque tube, below your center console and is hard to see. It could also be your tank inside your dash (behind the radio) which is a nightmare to fix. Whole dash has to come out. Ten hours of labor by the book IIRC.

Chris,
It is above the torque tube at the point where the TT meets the bell housing.
It helps to have the car off the ground on a lift to see it using a flashlight.
If you remove the side panel on the drivers side of the center console you can check the area inside of the footwell air outlets. Put your hand inside and you can feel the entry hole.
The flow path runs forward from there into the Y hose and down to the drain.

I have the same problem on my 87. The hose is clear and so is the drain but I am still getting the drops of water on my ankle when turning.

Thanks, guys. I should be able to find it now . . .
