Default kind of random but a serious question flappy valve / isv

I have read that the flappy changes the intake manifold's configuration around 4,000rpm. why can't the intake manifold be modified to always have that configuration? also the isv, is their anyways to remove it? or even easier, modifing lines and making custom bracketts to have the ISV at the side of the intake manifold to make cleaning / replacement much more easier. I mean custom rubber lines or even generic lines can be cut to do this. Is their a reason why the ISV has to be hidden? if heat was an issue a custom insulated box could be mounted to the firewall and the isv be placed inside so its near the MAF sensor? I think a combination of this and the sharkvent could decrease the amount of times the intake manifold would have to come off.

Why would you need to constantly remove the intake?

It's closer to 3500 RPM, and the reason is that the resonance of the intake with flap closed is more conducive to low RPM power, but with the flap open it changes to a resonance point that's better for high RPM power. It's not a matter of the open or closed configuration being generally better, but of dynamically reconfiguing the intake to have (relatively) ideal resonance at two engine speeds instead of having to pick just one.

As for adding plumbing so you could move the ISV somewhere more accessible... yes, you could do that if you wanted to.
