Default before and after interior

I finally have the interior in a drivable condition(front seats are still bad). It's kind of a mix and match but looks ok to me. I can always upgrade later. I am going to cover the car for a while and try and find a job. I am a laid off pharmacist. This restoration doesn't pay too well as my wife will attest. I am still in a wait and see position on my damaged engine and still need a piston.

Just cleaned it up. It has cracks but no distortion.

How can you be a laid off pharmacist? I thought you guys had jobs for the taking pretty much anywhere you want them... I guess that just shows the grass is always greener on the other side. I have been a laid off Pharma rep for 18 months now! CRAZY stuff this current economy. Of course on my side we have seen the bust coming for a LONG TIME! Those of us who had already been in the industry for 20 years were telling our bosses to STOP THE MADNESS a decade ago!

Your car is really coming along! A few to many colors going on for me but it is SO MUCH better than it was! WOW! You can get some real seat covers too if you need them. If you are in to tan (they are pretty close to the actual color of your seats) sheepskins I'll make you a great deal on a set... I'll have to check them first to be sure they are still nice, but I have not used them in quite a few years, but had them in my '81 which is the tan-brown interior like your car.

That is the way it used to be, especially here in North Carolina. But now things are different. Thanks for the sheep skins offer but I am going to get them recovered someday. I thought about these vinyl covers as a temporary fix.http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...=STRK:MEWAX:IT By the way that OB Riviera Blue car of yours is a great story and what a car.
