You don’t see many red GTS’s anymore, love it!

Hi, these do look good IMHO, I am very interested to see a photo of the front wheel side on (down the side) to see how much it fills the arch?

Like this? We had "dirt rain" that day, so sorry about the appearance of the car.

Edit: the tires are 235-40 fronts and 285-35 rears. Bridgestone Potenza Pole Position S04s.
I think I know where you got those wheels Kevin...

Are you aware that your front right wheel doesn't match the others..?

Here's my 88 at the post office yesterday.
It has the same 18" ten spoke wheels.
The difference is they're chrome plated.
The chrome stays amazingly clean...

Mark - I have the "rougher customer" version of your '88 (5 speed, LSD, but still has the rear spoiler).
The Pana's are powder coated gunmetal and I put 20mm spacers on the rears. Should have been 15mm, as 20 required me to do a little persuasive fender rolling

Hey J.P
That suspension looks REALLY low! What are you set at for height?

Wow, J.P., that is indeed a tight fit.
I also have 20 mm rear spacers on mine.
I did not need to mess with the fenders.
Perhaps a previous owner already did.
I'm the third owner, so just not certain.
What size rear tires are those?
My rear tires are 265/35-ZR18's...

I'm at 155mm all the way around. It has the 928 SP Performance Sway Bars f&r, Konis w/Hypercoils and spends 90% of its time on the track, so no speed bumps, pot holes, dips or aprons to worry about. I could go lower, but I don't think there would be much benefit. Plus there's a little dip at the Karussel at Summit Point's Shenandoah where the p/s sway bolt scrapes at every pass - even with the height at 155mm.

My rear tires are 265/35-ZR18's...
Rears are 275/35 Proxes. I think that if I had gone w/ 265s, I probably wouldn't have had to roll the fenders. 275 were pretty much the widest that the wheel would take without adversely affecting the contact patch. If these Pana's only had 10" rears, they'd be perfect for our cars.

This link inspired me to source the 18" 10 spoke Panamera wheels for my '91 S4. Managed to get a set of black wheels in great condition from San Diego and sea freighted them to New Zealand which was surprisingly affordable (as were the wheels). I think black goes well with Amethyst - not sure if anyone would agree?

It rides beautifully - a big improvement. May be the Pilot Sport 4's
