Once inside how do you close the doors? You would have to have 5 ft long arms lol!

Hi

So do I ....plus there would be a weight advantage, I would bet our normal doors weigh a LOT...vs a lightened "lambo style" version or our doors...

All the best Brett

I gotta say its a bit of an acrobatic bitch getting in and out in the garage when I'm parked on the right and my wife's car is on the left. She likes parking on the left so she doesn't risk dinging my car with her door, but there is precious little room for me to squeeze into the seat (and I only weigh 150).
When I still had a wife, she pulled in on the RH side and I backed in on the LH side of the garage. I can put the 928 mirror within 1/2" of the wall. That leaves both driver's doors in the middle and lots of room for either door to open completly. There is also enough room to get in her passenger door with the car in the garage, but the 928 is a no go for the passenger side.

So do I ....plus there would be a weight advantage, I would bet our normal doors weigh a LOT...vs a lightened "lambo style" version or our doors...

Most of the kits to convert to the lambo doors are just the hinges and pneumatic cylinders to assist opening. The door is not lighter than when stock.
