Default New shocks and spring... new car... great shop

Just had new bilsteins/eibachs and four wheel alignment. What a huge difference. It's like driving a different car. I can't say enough good about the shop, first time they've worked on my car but not the last. If you are in Maine and need help... Performance Plus in Old Orchard Beach (207)883-2656 Ralph and his brother Paul Small. These guys are great, Ralph gave me a range (estimate) for the work I wanted and he came in at the low end. Labor is $88.00 an hour and worth every penny. Their shop is... austere... I was a bit worried leaving my car but they have a few other much nicer rides already there. They had this super sexy black '88 930 turbo that I want sooo bad. The next day they had a white one that is just as pretty. I only love the 928, but the 930 is just sooo sweet. They run a fine shop and really know the difference between 928's and 911's. Ralph and I spoke at length concerning my prefered tuning style and use of the car. He described a full range of settings for the suspension ( if I track the car or not). The car rides beautifully and tracks like a dream. Brian

Very Nice! I also just completed a major suspension refresh on my '82 today. I also installed Bilsteins/Eibachs, new steel lower balljoints, new tie rods and sway bar bushings along with '17 Cup II wheels with new tires. WOW what a difference from the old worn Boge and stock springs!!!!! The car now feels like it's on rails. No floating feeling and the car grips! I can't wait to get my alignment done tomorrow so I can actually drive the car some. What did you set your ride height to? Mine's currently at 155mm front 165 rear.
