Love your last line Bigs...

If you are scared of a $26k GTS by some paint flaws... If that is you, then you shouldn't be getting a 928 AT ALL!

This car begs to be driven.
How many people are putting these away?
This car sounds perfect for someone who wants to drive their 928.

My guess is a 10 footer on paint to Bigs is a 3 footer to the rest of the 928 world.

I have to agree too about the color issue. Bigs, it's a great car...except for the color for some of us. I've owned one red car, and never will again, and I've known a few other people that feel the same way. I'm sure you will find a buyer, though, there are plenty of people out there that love red cars. I don't think it will last very long on the open market.

BTW Steve, I would also suggest doing an eBay auction and putting it on cars.com. It might take a couple auctions but don't let the naysayers deter you from running as many as it takes. I've bought and sold over 60 cars over the years and you might not sell it on the eBay auction but it's the best inexpensive advertising out there and you might sell it to someone who sees the auction. GLWS.

Hey, red cars are the fastest!!

Especially if they come in "Hello Officer Red" like mine does!

Ebay's new fee structure is great if you need to keep relisting ($2-$4 listing each week and $120 when it sells). The car market has picked up a bit the last couple months but it is still very slow.

It will take 3-4 auctions to sell due to the price. You will get tire-kickers, people who thought they could pay for it on credit card, people who clicked to see what the price would be and finally someone willing to buy.
