Canadian reality, and much of the northern States as well. I'm not driving my 928 in this!

Wimps. I am only right across the border on the lake. There is always a day I can drive the car. At least once a month. The roads are clear enough to drive the car...

Michel, here's the pic I promised. Disconnect the hose thats arrowed and spray in the WD40 with the engine running:

Michel........have the engine running when applying the WD40 lube.............the engine might want to stall so a helper on the gas pedal is worthwhile
Malcom,

I had a laugh while spraying WD40 in the running engine. Sometimes we look so close at tree that we can't even see the forest. Why use a helper when the throttle cable is 1/2 inch from the tube in which the WD40 is injected!

Very true Michel............but it is a good opportunity to engage your wife or children with working on the Porsche

Re. the weather posts..............I've had a full sized 4wd farm tractor stuck in my front field from snow.........its was one of my farmer neighbours helping to plow my driveway when my tractor blew its clutch.............imagine that weather in a 928........you wouldn't get 3'

Thanks everybody for your offer.
As I don't have mutch free time right now, I'll work on her only here and there during the upcomming weeks and weekends. I want to take my time and do some cleaning too while there!
Thanks Michel but I just bought a locking tool from Roger last week and as I'm going with the Porkensioner, I don't need the tensionning tool. Thanks again for your offer. Very appreciated.

Hope you'll fix your problem with the W40 Michel.
