Default Vacuum lines
I cut belt to air pump, which vacuum lines can I eliminate/plug?

Just leave them all on until you eliminate the EGR valve. Then plug that one.

I'm in the middle of "another" intake refresh , so this would be the best time to plug and remove unecessary lines.

Yes............take the line off the throttle body and seal the port immediately............you dont want to leave for later then forget which port is the correct one
