S/C Pipe reduction ?

The 2 into 1 used on certain Murf kits (like mine) is a dual 3" into a single 4" using a different airbox.

The gain is with the 4" opening in the airbox, not the dual intakes. The only reason we went with dual 3's over a single four is fitment issues.

Yep that set up 4" into the two 3" worked GREAT on Brian's '87 w/Murphs Stage III

Wow.. I think he was getting 12 PSI of boost

I have his car in the garage; I'm doing a pan gasket and a "little" list of other clean-up and stuff on her. Can't wait till he takes me for a ride this spring

But back to my initial request if I was to use the Maf as a puller will the reduction in TB size cause a air flow reduction? I did loose boost the last time I did this but before I go out and purchase the correct hardware I would like to know.
Here is a 4" to 3 1/2" if needed.
