Mrmerlin - the only work that I did was replace the whole head/controller April 2009. This worked great up until now (about two plus weeks ago). And what I noticed was I tried to turn on the fans to speed 1, 2 or 3 with no response. Then the next day all was ok. now for the past week, nothing turns on unless on speed 4. I had another spare head i used and got the same results. The spare is a working unit, just cosmetically bad. good to have to test.

Thanks.

yes, replaced the blower relay. Not sure where the HVAC relay would go?? checked the fuse chart cant find it. Does it go by another name?? Also, yes replaced a few fuses with new ones, though the old or original ones where not bad.

Hi all. Unit was replaced and all is ok now. A/C blower blows at all speeds as it should. Also, while I was in there, I vacumed out a ton of leaves. I was surprised how much I got out. Thank you all for your advise.
